To save time and effort, those of you who have photos stored on your computer's hard disk can upload them direct to site. They will be uploaded, resized and when approved, will be displayed in the Archive section. Ideally modern photos should be at least 300 dots per inch and 7 inches (227mm) by 4 inches(101mm).

The file size must be kept as small as possible, as we have limited space on the server in which to store them.
